A Story To Keep offers two different packages for Houston area events. Start with the basic package and add items as needed, or select the enhanced package and know you have everything covered. You've planned the wedding — the venue, the vendors, the vision. We gather everything you've made and hold it steady from the final weeks through the last send-off, so the day reads exactly as you wrote it.

The Storybook
Wedding Coordination-Basic Package // $1,500
Our essential telling: eight hours of coverage with one lead coordinator, beginning thirty days before the wedding. You hand over your plans, and we turn them into one master timeline — vendor arrivals, deliveries, entrances, and every quiet handoff between them. From then on, the questions come to us, not to you.

Our fullest telling: two day-of coordinators for twelve hours of coverage, plus the rehearsal, beginning thirty days before the wedding. The evening before, everyone learns their part. We direct the rehearsal from start to finish — who walks, when, and where to stand — and walk the officiant and musicians through the cues, so the ceremony requires no thought at all from the two of you.
